Telehealth (also called telemedicine or virtual care) is a way to see your healthcare provider through a secure, HIPAA compliant video connection using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. At Exceptional Health Walk In Primary Care, telehealth visits are conducted through CharmHealth’s secure patient portal. You’ll see your actual provider the same person you’d see in the office and receive the same level of care and attention. Telehealth works great for follow up visits, chronic disease check-ins, medication management, and more. It’s not for emergencies or conditions that require hands-on physical examination.
